To FBABB clients,
If you're still inside FBA Brand Builder (FBABB) and reading this, you might be feeling uncertain.
Maybe you're starting to wonder why so many former clients have spoken out, why the media is now reporting on the programme, or why over 56 people have joined a legal case against Darren Campbell and his company. Maybe you've tried to push those concerns aside, telling yourself that if you just work harder, follow the steps, and trust the process, it will all pay off.
That’s exactly what Darren wants you to believe.
But there’s still time to step away. There’s still time to protect yourself. And the longer you wait, the harder it will be.
Yesterday, The Irish News confirmed what many already suspected—FBABB isn’t just facing online criticism anymore. A growing number of former clients have now taken legal action, claiming they were misled, left in serious debt, and pressured into taking financial risks they didn’t fully understand. And yet, instead of addressing these concerns, Darren is acting like nothing is happening.
Just a day after the article was published, Darren posted a video on Instagram, standing in front of a whiteboard and outlining plans to scale FBABB to $1 million per month. Instead of addressing the serious issues within his programme, he’s focused on bringing in even more people.
If you’re still part of FBABB, ask yourself: why is he pushing for aggressive expansion rather than improving the experience for those already inside?
Earlier this week, after months of promises and delays, FBABB finally launched its "new and improved" version of the programme. Clients were told this would be a major upgrade—but after waiting 44 days, what did they actually get?
A handful of new videos. Minor tweaks to existing content. No real improvements to the biggest gaps in the training. The financial guidance is still inadequate. Supplier negotiations remain vague. And the risks of this business model? Still being downplayed.
And yet, Darren and his team continue to tell clients that if they aren’t making progress, it’s their fault.
Instead of offering more support, FBABB is watching you.
Darren recently announced they’re hiring a Community Manager—not to help clients, but to track their activity. FBABB has also introduced a new feature on Mighty Networks that flags inactive members, making it easy to see who isn’t “showing up.” Clients have reported feeling pressured to stay engaged out of fear, even when they aren’t getting results. Some have even been warned or removed simply for asking questions Darren didn’t like.
This isn’t what a supportive mentorship programme looks like. This is control.
If you paid for FBABB using a credit card, there may still be time to get your money back—but you must act quickly.
Most credit card providers allow chargebacks within 120 days if you believe you were misled or if the service wasn’t delivered as promised. If you financed your payment, you may also have the option to dispute the charge. This is one of the only real ways to recover your money—and FBABB won’t make it easy for you. Darren has made it clear—he’s not going to refund you.
If you’re still inside FBABB, it’s time to ask yourself some difficult but necessary questions:
- Do you feel respected as a paying client, or are you afraid to even ask questions?
- What happens if Darren and his team are forced to shut down?
- If support disappears, do you have enough knowledge to succeed on your own?
- Can you afford to invest even more money into additional services, knowing how many others have already struggled?
- Do you feel respected as a paying client, or are you afraid to even ask questions?
FBABB won’t be around forever. The legal case is growing. The media attention is intensifying. More and more clients are walking away. At some point, this house of cards will collapse.
You still have time to step away. You still have time to protect yourself. But the longer you wait, the harder it will be.
If you’re unsure what to do next, reach out to Phoenix Law. Look into chargebacks. Speak with others who have been through this. But whatever you do, don’t let fear keep you trapped in a programme that isn’t working.
The window for taking action is closing. Don’t look back months from now and wish you’d acted sooner.
