Kirsty’s Fight for Truth: Taking on Darren Campbell’s Legal Threats
Kirsty McNaughton exposes the truth about Darren Campbell's program, standing strong against legal threats. Discover the cracks in FBA Brand Builder.

Kirsty McNaughton’s honest TikTok videos have shaken up the FBA Brand Builder community. By sharing her frustrations with Darren Campbell’s program, she’s opened up about the mismanagement, financial struggles, and lack of support that many clients have been quietly dealing with. And how did Darren and his team respond? Not with accountability—but with a heavy-handed legal threat.

This isn’t just about Kirsty anymore—it’s part of a bigger problem. Let’s break it down.

Hi, hello.

It has been a crazy 24 hours. As of this morning at 9 a.m., I received a cease and desist letter from Mr. Campbell's legal team. I’ve been reading through it and wanted to address it here.

First, I want to put it on record. Hi Darren—I know you’re watching this. Or maybe it’s Ryan, Daz, Jordan, or Alan. Hello and welcome. Thanks for joining my TikTok, and thanks for watching this far, because I’ve now monetized this video thanks to you. So, thank you for that. Now, I’ll proceed.

I will show the letter that their team—your family—has sent me. I’m not scared. I’m not intimidated. I’m not taking anything down. As I said in my previous videos (which, by the way, you’re welcome to watch again so I can monetize those too), I have nothing to hide.

Take me to court. I’m willing to stand in court. We’ll see you there.

Now, let’s talk about their lovely legal letter. I’ll summarize it for you. Essentially, they’re claiming that what I’ve said is false and misleading. But it’s not false or misleading—sadly. I genuinely wish it were.

I wish I wasn’t in this position, having to come on here so close to Christmas and share all of this publicly. But here we are. It’s not false.

The letter also mentions a contract. Let me remind you—I’m not in a contract with you. I didn’t sign anything. I don’t even understand why they’re referring to a contract. Honestly, I’m shocked that a solicitor would send a letter like this without crossing their T’s and dotting their I’s. But anyway, let’s move on.

The letter demands that I shut down my social media accounts, including Facebook groups and Messenger. I’m not doing that. It also says I shouldn’t provide any further information online. Not going to happen. Then it asks me to compensate their client for damages. What about your client compensating me? He’s supposed to be a “big shot,” right? Surely, he can afford it. He can even pay his own legal fees. I have nothing, so I don’t know how they expect me to pay, but nice try.

The letter goes on to say they’re willing to negotiate with me. I won’t lie—it crossed my mind for a second. I thought, maybe I could get my money back. Maybe I could talk to them. But then I remembered their tactics. I’ve heard the stories. They’d make me sign an NDA, and I’m not prepared to do that.

You see, the first time this happened to me, it had to happen for a reason. It brought me to this moment where I can stand here, speak out, and warn others in Northern Ireland about what they’re getting into. I’ve made peace with the fact that I’m not getting a penny back. What’s keeping me going now is the hope of stopping others from losing their hard-earned money, going into debt, straining their marriages, taking out loans, or borrowing from family members. I don’t want that to happen to anyone else.

The number of people messaging me is overwhelming. Guys, I really appreciate everything you’re sending. I appreciate your words, your likes, your shares, your comments—absolutely everything. I swear, I cannot thank you enough right now. It means so much to me, even more than getting my money back at this stage. Knowing I’m helping others is enough.

This man needs to be stopped. He needs to cease trading. He needs to stop what he’s doing. This is the only way I know how to make that happen. If we end up in court, so be it. I’m willing to go there. It’s Christmas now, so it’ll probably happen next year if it does. That’s a battle I’ll fight when the time comes.

But for now, Darren, you’re not going to shut me up.

Kirsty’s Story: A Client Fighting Back

In a recent TikTok video, Kirsty revealed she’d received a legal letter from Darren Campbell’s solicitors, Cleaver Fulton Rankin. The letter accused her of defamation and demanded that she delete her posts, pay damages, and cover Darren’s legal fees. But instead of backing down, Kirsty stood her ground.

“I’m not scared of your legal threats. If I did something wrong, I’d own up to it, but I’ve only shared my experience, and I have the evidence to back it up.”

Kirsty pointed out the absurdity of being accused of defamation when her complaints are based on her actual experiences with the program.

“You’ve left me in financial ruin, and now you want me to pay for your legal costs? You’re adding insult to injury.”

She also didn’t shy away from calling out the program’s hypocrisy, especially given Darren’s repeated claims about transparency and community support.

The Legal Letter: A Move to Silence Critics

The letter from Cleaver Fulton Rankin was full of threats, demanding compensation and accusing Kirsty of making "highly defamatory" statements. But Kirsty isn’t buying it.

“You can dress it up as defamation all you like, but at the end of the day, you’re trying to silence me because the truth hurts.”

Even more shocking, the letter demanded that Kirsty delete her entire TikTok account—a move she sees as not just extreme but calculated.

“They don’t just want the videos gone; they want my whole platform erased. It’s not just about me—it’s about silencing anyone who dares to speak out.”

Defamation Law

A Pattern of Intimidation

Kirsty isn’t the first to face legal threats from Darren’s team. Earlier this month, FBA Brand Grifter received a similar letter demanding the removal of critical articles and financial compensation. Darren’s legal team alleged defamation, despite the reporting being based on verified client stories and public information.

And then there’s the anonymous email sent to FBA Brand Grifter recently, warning of “serious consequences” for exposing issues with the program. Kirsty didn’t hold back in her video when addressing this repeated pattern:

“This isn’t just about me. They’ve threatened others, too—trying to bully them into silence. But we’re not going to let them get away with it.”

Legal Letter

Broken Promises, Poor Support, and Financial Strain

Through her TikTok videos and past statements, Kirsty has outlined the ways Darren’s program let her down. From ad campaigns that drained her finances to a lack of real guidance from her Brand Manager, her experience feels worlds away from the polished success stories Darren loves to promote.

“I trusted them to help me succeed, but all I got was silence, mismanagement, and a pile of debt.”

Unfortunately, Kirsty’s story isn’t an outlier. It’s part of a broader pattern of unfulfilled promises and a lack of accountability within the FBA Brand Builder program.

Legal Threats Won’t Erase the Truth

Darren Campbell markets himself as someone who champions transparency and client success, but his actions tell a different story. Instead of addressing legitimate client concerns, he’s resorting to legal threats and intimidation. As Kirsty so clearly put it:

“If you’ve done nothing wrong, why are you so desperate to silence people? Why not address the issues instead of throwing around legal threats?”

Let's Put An End To This

Kirsty’s willingness to speak out shines a light on the need for transparency in this space. For every Kirsty who steps forward, there are likely many others who stay quiet, afraid of legal action or other retaliation.

To Darren and his team: your tactics to silence criticism only make the cracks in your program more obvious. Legal letters and intimidation won’t hide the truth.

And to Kirsty: your bravery is incredible. By sharing your experience, you’re empowering others to see what’s really happening behind the scenes with the FBA Brand Builder program. Thank you for standing up when so many are too afraid to speak out.
